Transition of our youth to adulthood is an emerging topic of discussion around the Country and in Ohio.  The Ohio Federation for Children's Mental Health is committed to supporting youth in transition.

ReachOut.com is an online health information and support service for 16-24 year olds, designed to help them get through tough times. ReachOut integrates youth generated, expert-reviewed multimedia information and real life stories, with opportunities to connect with other youth in a supportive, safe environment.
